We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager with proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for handling our company’s ongoing projects. You will work closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans, as well as ensuring their proper execution.

To excel as a Project Manager, you must be able to multitask and oversee several tasks simultaneously. A good Project Manager possesses excellent time management, interpersonal, and commercial skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  2. Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues
  3. Submit project deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards
  4. Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
  5. Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution
  6. Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
  7. Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to clients
  8. Identify and develop new opportunities with clients
  9. Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables
  10. Manage customer satisfaction within the project transition period
  11. Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field
  2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a significant advantage
  3. Proven experience in project management
  4. Experience as a construction project manager, IT project manager, or ERP project manager
  5. Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
  6. Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies 
  7. Ability to complete projects promptly
  8. Experience overseeing custom projects
  9. Budget management experience
