Warranty Administrator / Processor

Team RV Express is a leading and rapidly growing transport company dedicated to delivering excellence in transportation services. We take pride in our commitment to reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a motivated and organized Warranty Representative / Processor with good multitasking skills. This individual will work closely with the RV manufacturers while handling our warranty and parts claims.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Process and follow up on new and outstanding warranty claims.

· Verify all documentation, ensuring proper paperwork and pictures match the required criteria for the various manufacturers.

· Arrange for parts to be ordered shipped to the dealerships.

· Reconcile all warranty receivables and work with the accounting department to obtain payments.

· Keep track of all warranty parts including repair order number, date of replacement, and date on which part may be disposed.

· Attending staff meetings.

· Work with vendors on VCB’s and authorizations when they have questions.

Required Experience:

· Previous warranty claims processing experience

· RV industry knowledge or background

· Strong computer skills including Microsoft products (word, excel, Outlook)

· Good communication and organizational skills

· Knowledge of manufacturer warranty portals is preferred.

Pay:

Starting at $20 an hour (based on experience)

Details:

· Full Time

· Monday thru Friday

· Dayshift

· No weekends

· Office environment

· Occasional time on the shop floor

· 4% match in 401(K) after a year of employment

· 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of employment.
