Service Coordinator

General Description:

Phoenix USA RV is looking to expand its service department to include manufacturers not affiliated with Phoenix USA RV. We are seeking a coordinator to oversee all aspects of providing services to those customers.

Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for all aspects of providing a positive customer experience including but not limited to:

  • Receiving and responding to customer calls and inquiries
  • Scheduling of repairs
  • Ordering parts
  • Coordinating and scheduling labor as required
  • Troubleshooting and repairs
  • Invoicing and collection

Requirements:

  • Excellent organization skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Personable
  • 3-5 years' experience as a service technician
  • RVTI certified
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Willingness to work hours required to meet deadlines

Wages and Benefits:
