Job Description

National manufacturer & supplier have opportunity for a Remote RV Customer Service Representative 

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints and requests for refunds, exchanges, and adjustments; as well as provides customers with product, pricing, and shipping information. Specific duties include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and over the phone.
  • Enter customer orders, suggesting the purchase of additional products and providing technical assistance to customers when needed.
  • Make same-day follow-up calls to customers regarding backorders and delivery dates.
  • Actively participate in company-defined sales initiatives to solicit potential customers, 
  • Research customer service complaints and answer customer questions; consult with management for direction to resolve complaints.
  • Research all customer warranty and/or return requests, completing the appropriate forms and documentation pertinent to the problem.
  • Track shipments as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Monday to Friday from 9;00am to 5;00pm ET

Minimum Qualifications

friendly, personable, and outgoing representative with a passion for excellent customer service and the drive to succeed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, plus the following qualifications:

  • At least one year of customer service experience is required.
  • Proficiency in computer and phone skills is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills are preferred.
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous.
  • English proficiency is required.
  • Motivation and capability to acquire product knowledge, enabling the specification and recommendation of suitable products to our customers.
