Job Description: Are you looking for a new career with opportunities for growth? We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level/PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Technicians. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training to get you started on a path to a rewarding career. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-delivery inspections on new and pre-owned RVs to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Install RV accessories and prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
• Conduct system tests and inspections to ensure all RV components function correctly.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs.
• Install Fifth Wheel and Weight Distribution Hitches
• Wiring of tow vehicles
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of RVs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about RV features and functions.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary – we provide all necessary training internally and through RVIA Certification Training.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
