We’re looking for Mobile Recreational Vehicle Technicians to join our growing team. If you have a strong mechanical background, enjoy problem-solving, and want to work independently in a mobile service role, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain various recreational vehicles, including motorhomes, travel trailers, and fifth wheels.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems.

• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations.

• Provide top-tier customer service by explaining repairs, maintenance needs, and solutions in a clear and professional manner.

• Maintain accurate records of all services performed and parts used.

• Stay updated on industry advancements to ensure we provide cutting-edge service.

• Keep the mobile service vehicle stocked with necessary tools and parts for efficient on-site repairs.

• Safely operate and navigate the service vehicle to customer locations, ensuring timely arrival and service.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Technical certification in automotive or RV technology is a plus!).

• Proven experience as an RV technician, mechanic, or in a similar repair role.

• Strong knowledge of RV electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations daily.
