Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Engineering Technician – OEM to serve as the technical bridge between Aqua-Hot and our OEM partners. In this role, you will ensure seamless product integration, provide expert technical support, and champion Aqua-Hot’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge products and influence the future of RV heating technology.

What You’ll Do

Technical Support & Data Analysis

• Collect and analyze product performance data from OEM production lines and end-user applications.

• Identify root causes of issues and provide actionable insights to Aqua-Hot engineering teams.

• Maintain accurate records and deliver detailed reports to drive continuous improvement.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs for OEM manufacturing and service teams.

• Create high-quality training materials, including manuals, videos, and hands-on workshops.

Product Integration & Testing

• Present new Aqua-Hot products to OEM teams, highlighting features and installation best practices.

• Support prototype builds and initial installations, ensuring proper fit and performance.

• Gather feedback and relay insights to Aqua-Hot engineering and product development teams.

Liaison & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary technical contact between Aqua-Hot and the OEM partner.

• Build strong, collaborative relationships to ensure OEM needs are met promptly and effectively.

Quality Assurance & Field Support

• Conduct audits of Aqua-Hot products installed on OEM units to verify compliance with quality standards.

• Provide on-site troubleshooting and support during critical installations or repairs.

Continuous Improvement & Advocacy

• Identify opportunities to enhance manufacturing processes and product performance.

• Represent Aqua-Hot’s values and commitment to excellence as an on-site ambassador.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical systems.

• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering training programs.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Prior experience in manufacturing or service environments preferred.

• Experience with Aqua-Hot products is a strong plus.

• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
