Job Overview
We are a family RV business with over 57 years of making happy campers. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RV Service Technician to join our team. Willing to train the right person. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of recreational vehicle systems and components. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, be honest and a self starter. The RV Service Technician will ensure that all repairs meet quality standards and customer expectations, contributing to the overall satisfaction and safety of our clients’ RVs. Taking care of our employees and our customers before and after the sale is our mission.

Duties

• Perform pre delivery check of campers electrical, plumbing, and camper components.
• Set hitches, install brake controls, tire installation, backup cameras, solar panels, awnings, pack wheel bearings, caulk roof seams.
• Conduct NYS inspections.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools provided by Seven O's.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed for each vehicle.

Experience

• RV Dealership experience or service technician experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with camper appliances, electrical systems, hitches, plumbing, and construction is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with campers, various hand tools and power tools necessary for vehicle maintenance.
• Prior customer service experience is beneficial for interacting effectively with clients.
• Relevant certifications or training in RV maintenance are advantageous but not mandatory. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where technical skills are valued and developed further.
