RV Technician

Yellowstone Park Service Stations is the only authorized concessioner to provide auto and RV repair to the millions of tourists that visit Yellowstone each year. YPSS has been operating in Yellowstone since 1947, giving many employees the opportunity to live and work inside the world's first National Park. We operate four repair shops in the park, but the majority of RV repair is performed at our Fishing Bridge repair shop, located near the north shore of Yellowstone Lake. 

Since the expansion of the nearby RV park and the ever growing number of travelers with RVs, both rentals and personally owned, we are looking to hire a RV technician able to handle a wide variety services to help save people's vacations. 

Daily Activities and Duties:

• Interact professionally and positively with park visitors from around the world.
• Quickly, accurately, and independently diagnose mechanical and technical problems.
• Thoroughly, accurately, and legibly fill out and complete work orders for each job performed. Collect payment for services rendered. 
• Perform services in shop, and service calls in potentially remote areas without internet or cell coverage. Service vehicle will be provided.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment. 

Qualifications:

• Technical experience in diagnosis and repair of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems is highly desired.
• Must provide own set of tools, some shop tools are available.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. 
• Reliable and strong work ethic and the ability to always work with the public and peers with courtesy and tact.
• Valid driver’s license.
