Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated RV Technician to join our team. Whether you’re an RVTI graduate or an experienced tech, this role is hands-on and fast-paced. You’ll be diagnosing, repairing, and installing a variety of RV components while working alongside a team that values getting things done right the first time.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair RV systems (plumbing, electrical, appliances, slide-outs, etc.)
• Perform roof work, sealing, and structural repairs
• Install parts and accessories (awnings, water heaters, leveling systems, etc.)
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with service advisors on job progress
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety and shop procedures

What We’re Looking For

• RVTI certification (preferred but not required)
• Mechanical aptitude (RV, automotive, construction, or similar)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to problem-solve and think independently
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license
